Windows 10: Thrustmaster HOTAS controller not shown under Game Controllers in Windows 10

I'm currently running Windows 10 and have a Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS stick connected that I use for DCS.I can see this device listed in Device Manager under Human Interface Devices however I do not see it when I run the Windows USB Game Controller app. and also not see in DCS. This has worked for me in the past so not sure what has changed or how to resolve. Please help

Game controller setting and calibration utility

I have done as you suggested above. I plugged in an X-box style controller. The game controller set up utility worked fine. The problem with my HOTAS still persists however.

When I installed the drivers for the HOTAS I got a message from Windows that they may not have installed correctly. I am wondering if the old Windows 7 drivers were migrated over to Windows 10 during the update to Windows 10 and now this is preventing the
Windows 10 drivers from installing properly.

Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle Controller Prevents Screensaver/Standby

Thrustmaster has a firmware update available for that throttle. The updater program is included with the install package. I wonder if that will solve your problem. I have the same setup for FS2020 but I don’t use a screensaver so I haven’t noticed the issue.
