Windows 10: Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS is interferring with my browsers

but ONLY when I try to login to Microsoft's sites. I have narrowed it down to being that the browser for some reason is taking inputs from my HOTAS instead of just my mouse and keyboard. This has been confirmed on 5 different browsers. Chrome, Chrome BETA , Firefox, Brave and Edge. This has only been happening since the last large windows update 24H2.Windows 11Thrust master Warthog on the latest drivers and firmware.Latest large windows update.Narrowed down to ONLY Microsoft sites and there is a piece of code in the site when you hit f12 stating "gamepad mode enabled".No other login form I hav

It's great to hear that the issue with your Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog and Windows 10/11 has been resolved with the recent updates. Unfortunately, it's difficult to pinpoint exactly which update was responsible for the fix, as updates typically include a range of bug fixes and improvements.

It's possible that one of the updates included a fix specifically related to USB power management or device detection, which could have resolved the issue with your HOTAS. Alternatively, the updates may have included more general improvements to power management or device detection that indirectly resolved the issue.

In any case, I'm glad to hear that your system is now functioning as expected. If you encounter any further issues in the future, it's always a good idea to check for updates and ensure that your system is running the latest software.

in relation to THIS thread I want to share my experience with Windows 10/11 not turning of the screen or going to sleep:

Today, on this very day, I received two OTA updates in total. These were KB5022845 and KB5022497. Until this morning, I was struggling with the familiar problem of Thrustmaster's Warthog HOTAS that the system won't either turn off the screen or suspend after some time if the stick and the throttle are plugged in, contrary of being told so in the power management. I usually had to unplug ALL devices (not only the throttle, but also the stick and the TFRP pedals) or supsend manually. Since I received these updates, the problem suddenly ceased to exist.

In my case, it was a weird experience since I have the HOTAS and the pedals: I already had this problem with Windows 10 and it was also gone at some point without me changing anything. When I did a fresh install of Windows 11 the problem returned afterwards. However, the system was only "allergic" to the throttle in the beginning and when buttons/switches were recognized as pressed. I consequently turned of every button lighting up in the game controls and then the system finally suspended. After some time not even this was sufficient anymore: I had to unplug the throttle, later also the stick and in the end even the pedals because the system stayed awake with only one of these devices connected. Nothing helped, not even connecting the devices to a powered hub.

What happened now is inexplicable to me... all of a sudden, the system powers down as it's supposed to be. I would really like to know which update was responsible for this and what has changed.
