Windows 10: Thumbnail cache messed up

Somehow my pictures folder shows icons and not thumbnails little pictures. If I open a folde inside the pictures folder it still shows icons until I click on each.I've tried resetting, clearing and rebuilding the thumbnail cache following directions from tenforums.comWhen I open the main pictures folder I have about 30 folders inside and then about 100 single pictures as the page loads, I see the thumbnails for the individual pictures but they rapidly disappear and turn into icons again.I've run sfc scannow and dism using the source install.esd file switches. Thumbnail Cache

anyone know how to move the thumbnail cache to another HDD?

i already moved my temp folder to another HDD but thumbnail cache takes up space Fast, and i have having to erase the space cuzz i don't wanna ware down my SSD over time

i also just googled where the thumbnail cache is and its in the %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer ,But how would you go about moving that 1 Folder and having the system know that's its the new path

I tried the reg tweaks listed below but they don't work now. They worked like a month ago.

Hi,

Some suggestions:

1. Repair Adobe Reader. From the Adobe Acrobat Reader Help menu, click Repair Installation.
   
2. If required, clear the Thumbnails cache using Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr.exe)
