    The File Explorer that comes with Windows 11 offers four different sizes for thumbnail previews of image files. With an UHD monitor, even the largest setting is too small.In the settings, Windows suggests a scaling of 150 % for a 80 cm/32 inch monitor with UHD, and for comparison a 100 % scaling on a 60 cm/24 inch monitor with HD resolution. The size of the text changes with the monitor scaling, but not the size of the File Explorer thumbnails. As a result, the thumbnails are much larger on an HD monitor than on an UHD monitor.
