Windows 10: Tiano Core logo

Hello. I have some issue with my laptop. I stuck at tianocore logo when i turn it on. Usually when we press the power button it will go to acer logo. But not this time. Please help me. What can I do. The TianoCore logo is loop.

Tried with suggested steps but not succeed,

still can see HP boot logo

Please suggest

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
