Live tiles not working Windows 10

I am running the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. The steps below may work for other builds as well:

Another thing to try:

Type Apps and Features in the Cortana Search Box.

Select that from the list.

Scroll down to the first tile that is not working.

Select "Advanced Options."

Select "Reset."

Wait for the tile to reset/repair itself.

Close out of that Window.

Now try to launch the repaired tile and see if it works.

Repeat the above process for each tile that does not work.

Note you may have to wait for a minute or so for the tile(s) to start working again.

I tried your suggestions, but when I got to the 'Apps & Features' list, none of my tiles were listed.

Store Live Tile no longer works

Why did you delete them?

It wasn't working for me, set up as live tile but not updating the picture. I then went to featured app in the store as you suggested, then ran wsreset and it started working.

Was that your steps? I did read them but I forgot what they are now and I seem to have only done 2 steps.

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

Does this issue persist with all the Live tiles icon?

Are you able to view the different app’s tiles icon on Start menu?

I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if issue gets resolved:

Press the Windows key to open the Start menu.

Right click on the Tiles and click “turn live tile on”.

Repeat step 2 on the desired tiles.

Please post back with the results and the information asked, we will be glad to assist you further.
