  2. Why doesn’t msn money app show the correct date and time on iPhone 11?

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

If the MSN Money app on your iPhone 11 is not displaying the correct date and time, there could be a few potential reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    1. Check Time Zone Settings:
      • Make sure that your iPhone's time zone settings are correct. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Date & Time" and ensure that your time zone is set accurately.
    2. Update the App:
      • Ensure that you are using the latest version of the MSN Money app. Go to the App Store and check for updates for the app.
    3. Restart Your iPhone:
      • Restarting your iPhone can help refresh system settings and clear temporary issues. Press and hold the power button and either volume button until the "slide to power off" slider appears. Slide it to turn off your phone, then turn it back on after a few seconds.
    4. Clear Cache and Data:
      • If the app has a cache or data that might be causing issues, you can try clearing it:
        1. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "iPhone Storage."
        2. Locate the MSN Money app and tap on it.
        3. Tap "Delete App" to remove the app and its data.
        4. Reinstall the app from the App Store.
    5. Check Location Services:
      • Ensure that Location Services are enabled for the MSN Money app. Go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Location Services" and make sure the app has permission to access your location.
    6. Check System Date and Time:
      • Ensure that your iPhone's system date and time settings are accurate. Incorrect system time can affect how apps display information.
    7. Check iOS Updates:
      • Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Sometimes, updating the operating system can help resolve app-related issues.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
