Time is always "off" in GMT after a reboot and time.windows.com not working

I'm in CET Stockholm but recently after I start my computer up Dell XPS 17 laptop with latest Windows 11 my clock is set for GMT time-zone two hours earlier than in Stockholm. If I open Time settings everything looks fine, well, except for the clock being two hours off:If I try to switch the "Set time automatically" off and on again it just keep spinning... I noticed that the time server is not updating, and hasn't since the 30th of March, that's almost a week ago... The time server is set to time.windows.com and says that the synchronization failed and that I should check my network.Obvi

    :)

Time zone randomly changes itself from GMT to GMT +1

Can anyone enlighten me as why my HTC TyTN II (WinMobile 6) randomly resets its time zone from GMT London, Dublin to GMT +1 Prague, Budapest?

HTC's help desk tells me it's a Microsoft problem. Suggested I set the Visiting time zone to match the main one but that makes no difference.

  3. Russian Time Zones is not updated (now MSK time is GMT+3 not GMT+4)

Have 3 lumias ( 620, 925, 1020 ) all of them DevPreview. All of them have the wrong time zone for Moscow/Russia (old GMT+4). But since Oct 26 Russia changed the time zone to summer time (the last time) and now Moscow time is GMT+3 (I hope forewer).

Yes, I have changed the time manually. But when I keep the wrong time zone, time in the incoming SMS e.t.c is incorrect. So, I changed my timezone to some other place with GMT+3.

    Time zone issues

I recently started having problems with my Windows Phone, running Windows mobile 6.5, I own a HTC touch pro 2 via US cellular. For some reason the time for my location is stuck on GMT even though I live on the East coast.

    Any thoughts/suggestions?
