Windows 10: Time is stuck at 00:15 in Windows 11 task bar

As you can see in the screen snip, the time is correct in the settings but the time in the task bar is stuck at 00:15. Trying to force updates to the time server, reboots and the like haven't had any effect. Any ideas or anyone else having this issue?

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

Clock, date and time missing from task bar

Can someone, please provide me with a answer to my question above? I tried all the suggestions. The suggestions containing steps, do not show up as described. For example: Click on an empty space on the task bar, click customized notifications, turn clock
on. None of this steps show up on the drop menue.

 

Windows 10 Defender - How to make it default to task bar?

Using Windows 10 and currently I am using Defender for anti virus. For whatever reason Windows Defender does not show up in the task bar unless I search for the program or right click and scan a file/folder. Is there a way to force Defender to show up in the task bar at start up?
