Windows 10: TIME SYNCHRONISATION

I have to synchronize the time after booting my system on every occasion. There is no problem with the battery in CPU as because when I run different OS in the same PC this issue does not arise. How to fix it?

Can't synchronise with time server

I tried syncing from an administrator PowerShell and this is what happened:

I then tried reconnecting to the VPN. When I did that and tried to sync from the Control Panel, the following happened:
1. When I tried to sync to time.windows.com I got a message that the peer was not recognised.
2. I then tried to sync to time.nist.gov and it succeeded.

I then disconnected from the VPN and tried again (once more to time.nist.gov) and it timed out.

I then discovered that my home router can be configured as a time server. So I tried synchronising with fritz.box from the control panel, and that worked, although it is not an ideal solution because I don't want to have to change settings to synchronise from different locations. The router uses 2.europe.pool.ntp.org to get its time, but when I tried synchronising with that from the control panel, that operation timed out too.

Can't synchronise with time server

Something interesting and confusing happened when I tried your suggestion. First of all, I tried to synchronise on another computer on my home network (which is configured to use time.ntp.org) and it didn't work. Then I went back to my laptop and tried again (using time.nist.org) and, as before, sync didn't work. So then I turned on the VPN (NordVPN) and tried, and it synced successfully after perhaps 2 to 4 seconds. And then I turned off the VPN, putting things back to how they were the last time sync didn't work, and this time it successfully synced a second time, again after something like 2 to 4 seconds.

And I should add (because I forgot about it when I wrote the OP above) that at one point yesterday I did manage to get one successful sync, which seemed to be connected with manually changing the time, but I haven't been able to repeat this.
