Windows 10: Time synchronization error. Time has a delay of seconds, minutes or hours Windows 11

Hello, my problem is this:I have noticed that the clock slows down by seconds, minutes and even hours when I turn on my computer. At first I noticed that in the time settings Set automatic time was always disabled on reboot, so I checked the Windows Time service and it is in manual mode, I also checked in Task Scheduler -> Time Synchronization -> SynchronizeTime and ForceSynchronizeTime were disabled for some weird reason, but I re-enabled them.I also ran the following commands that were recommended on some web pages:regsvr32 w32time.dll net stop w32time w32tm /unregister w32tm /regist

Thank you so much, Brink. I have 3 restore points. I will try to choose the farthest one that arrives on 11 October even if I have never done restore operations and I hope to succeed. I'll use your "See List of All Available System Restore Points in System Protection" tutorial. Thanks I'll get in touch as soon as I can.

I was trying to solve problems with my phone with Google search and on the site "The Geek Page" I found some information that I didn't really need but then I came across one of their pages about the synchronization problem of the now he gave, among others, the following suggestions.

From the command prompt as administrator run in order:

1) net stop w32time
2) w32tm /unregister
3) w32tm /register
4 ) Restart computer

To my surprise and mystery, after trying a couple of times the problem seems to be solved, that is, both through the Control Panel and through the Settings the synchronization of the time occurs without problems in all 3 servers in the list.

I didn't understand much, but it seems to have worked for me at least until now.

Every so often my time on PC was resetted to 2 hours in the past. I checked my settings for synchronizing time with an Internet time server but as I knew, synchronization was turned off. So I started looking at other reasons and I found this entry in Event Viewer:




It says:

I do not know why did Windows synchronizes time with my time in BIOS but it is wrong and I never requested it nor did I turn it on.
