Windows 10: Time used is showing as doubled

This may be specific to Roblox... I have my son's limits set, but since Roblox is launched with Microsoft Edge, it counts each app as "time used" on the computer. So if he's on Roblox for 1 hour, it uses 2 hours of his computer time.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Check if the windows Time service is set to started.

• Press Windows Key +R, type
  services.msc and hit enter.
• Search for Windows Time service.
• Double click on the service, if the service is stopped, start the service.

Storage showing as double the actual SSD size

Running Windows 10 Home 20H2 (Build 19042.964) on an AMD based Windows Surface Laptop 4 with 512GB SSD.

Even though it has a 512GB SDD as confirmed by both disk management and file explorer, settings -> system -> Storage reports the size as 951GB! I have searched but struggling to discover how to get it to report the real size.

Per the image below it shows

• 553GB used - bigger than the size of the SDD
  519GB in system & reserved

System and reserved breaks down per this screenshot




Have tried various options including disk cleanup, SFC and DSIM to get it to report the correct size but to no avail. Any suggestions on how to correct this much appreciated?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
