• Is the Calendar not synching in Windows Phone or PC?

If the Calendar is not synching in PC I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
Troubleshooter for Windows App and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 2: If the issue persists, then I suggest you to
remove and reconfigure the account back in the Mail app.


Reconfiguring the account should force it to sync again and resolve the issue.

can't synch Contacts the first time

This reply has 2 parts:

1) Before I sent the material below, I tried synching. Everything synched, and I had made no changes to the PDA, Outlook or ActiveSync.

Is ActiveSync 4.2 so buggy that I need version 4.5? (If so, I'll have to get Outlook 2003, which I'd use only for synching. Bummer.)



2) Here's what I wrote previous to the material above:

None of the 80 contacts on the PDA have synched.

I have tried with 0-2 contacts on Outlook on my computer.

Here are some more clues -- they may be useless:

On the screen where I choose what to synch, Contacts is listed twice, but one of those listings does not have a check-box beside it (There's only 1 listing for Appointments; it doesn't have a check-box either.)

I have only 1 profile in ActiveSync on the computer.

I have not changed any settings on the Moto Q.

I was entirely unable to synch and was getting a message that said something like "unable to synch to this Outlook profile. It may be the wrong one or be password protected." So I deleted and reinstalled Outlook and ActiveSync (deleted the old profile on
ActiveSync, too), and I was able to synch everything but Contacts.
