Windows 10: Time zone always wrong

So I need some help with my clock and time zone settings. I have multiple windows 10 computers in my house, and they all have the incorrect time zones. For some reason, they think we are in Beijing, China, even though we are in the eastern United States. my first assumption was that my internet was somehow giving the computers wrong information, but even after connecting my computers to different WIFI networks that didn't have this problem, they still have the wrong time and time zone. Even my brand new computer, as soon as I finished setting it up, displayed the wrong time and time zone. I have tried everything I can find on the internet about resetting my clock and changing the refresh setting and what website it uses to calibrate the clock, but nothing has worked. I would simply turn off automatic time settings, and set them all manually, but whatever is affecting my computer also seems to be affecting the websites I visit. For example, I am taking an online class, but all the times showing when stuff was posted or when I can submit stuff is also wrong. It thinks I'm in China as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have no idea what else to try.

If you live in a region that does not observe daylight saving time (DST), but the Windows setting for that time zone
does adjust for daylight saving time, we recommend that you do not clear the
Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time check box in the
Time Zone Settings dialog box. Instead, we suggest that you select a time zone that does not observe daylight saving time and that has the same Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) offset as the current time zone.

For example, assume that your current time zone is (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US and Canada). There are two time zones that do not observe daylight saving time and that have the same UTC offset (-06:00):

• (UTC-06:00) Central America
• (UTC-06:00) Saskatchewan

To change your time zone setting, follow these steps:

• In Control Panel, click Clock, Language, and Region.
• Click Change the time zone.
• In the Time Zone area of the Date and Time
  dialog box, click Change time zone.
• In the Time zone list, select a time zone that does not observe daylight saving time and has the same UTC offset as your current time zone.
• Click OK.
• Click Apply, and then click OK.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Since when are you facing this issue?

Time Zone will not change automatically while you travel. If you want to change the Time Zone for your computer, you will have to change manually.

Only the live tiles like Weather, News, and Sports have the ability to change with the location.

• Go to control panel.
• Click on "Clock, Language, and Region
• Under "Date and Time", click on "Change the Time Zone"
• Under "Time Zone" click on "Change time zone
• Under "Time Zone, click the current time zone, and select your actual time zone
  • Click OK and you are done.
