Windows 10: Time zone keeps changing to central time regardless what I do

Out of nowhere, my Windows 10 PC's time zone keeps changing to Central Time, when I undo it, it changes back. I tried everything I could think of, I watched multiple tutorials, looked it up on several websites, the problem is not permanently solved.I tried control panel > date and time > change time zoneDidn't workI tried services > windows time > stop > automatic > start > restartDidn't workI tried one with CMD where its similar to the services oneDidn't workNo matter what I do, it keeps changing back to Central Time randomly.

Unable to change computer time zone

I'm Louie, a Microsoft Community member and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. Hope you're doing well and safe there.

Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

1. Type in 'cmd' in search box. You'll see Command Prompt listed. Right-click and select Run as Administrator.

2. Type 'tzutil /l' to see a list of all time zones. Once you find your time zone, copy the description that is on the second line.

Example:

(UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)

Central Standard Time <---- copy

3. Type 'tzutil /s "(paste the time zone here)"

Example:

tzutil /s "Central Standard Time" (make sure to include the quotations) then press ENTER.

4. Exit the Command Prompt and verify that the Timezone is correct.

Time Zone keeps changing by itself on Windows 10

I have a new HP PC and for some reason the time zone keeps changing from Central US to Perth, Australia time zone. I tried the answer to this question, but the time changed while I was still using my computer. What can I do to keep my computer set to
the correct time zone? I've never had this problem before.

Hi, I recently realized that my computer clock was one hour behind, when I checked the time settings the time zone was central time which is not my time zone but when I changed it to eastern the settings automatically switch back to the central time zone.
How can I fix this?
