Windows 10: Timezone changed automatically after an update

Hi MS Team,I did an update today in my personal laptop. After the restart, my timezone has automatically changed from India to Tehran. Can you check these updates? Timezone was India till yesterday.ThanksBhupesh

Not changing Timezone automatically

Hi,

My Windows 8.1 phone is not changing timezone automatically, though the settings are set to update automatically. Usually on other phones I have had, as soon as I remove plane mode and it connects to local network, it changes instantly. Here it doesn't work
like that. 1st time I had the issue it corrected the timezone only when I joined a WiFi (and have been in the country for more than 4 hours). This time, I got home, connected to WiFi in airport but it didn't change. Now after like 11 hours I got tired of waiting
and changed it manually and then set it back to changing automatically - it stayed correct.

It is pretty annoying since I have to change timezones 2x a week.

Anyone knows how the timezone update can be triggered? Is there any other settings that could affect this timezone change? Some GPS settings? Not using data roaming while not in home country? Any ideas?

 

Not changing Timezone automatically

So, I checked this again. When I went to Germany, it changed automatically, everything as it is supposed to. When I came back to Latvia, it stayed in Germany timezone. I connected to WIFI, checked that even MSN weather application switched to Latvia, but
the timezone stayed. I tried turning on/off location, autmatic timezone changes, but nothing helped. Then I set manually timezone and switched it back to automatic timezone change - it switched back to Germany timezone. Now this morning (after ~36h being in
Latvia) it has changed to correct timezone. I kind of didn't do anything, it just shows now correct again. But I'm pretty sure that the issue will reappear next time.

 

Timezone changes automatically

My timezone automatically changes from India to Brazil on my home network. I tried it with a different network the timezone is automatically changed to India. My region is set to India and I am from India too.
