Windows 10: Tiny Mouse Cursor Problems in ZBrush, WPS office, and other 3rd party apps...

There was an unsolved but closed issue here with the title:
Tiny Mouse Cursor Problems in "cubase"

I would like to connect here with the same problem becuase it is not just one application, I have problem with Zbrush too.
I have a notebook and a desktop pc with windows home 64bit version 1803 built: 17134.345

The only workaround is to start Zbrush right after I can use my mouse when Windows starts up.
It's not that Zbrush uses special dpi.

this issue is linked with some third party apps like WPS office, but I remember having this issue with Microsoft Office too.

The application cursors go so tiny I can't even work with this softwares.

If it is caused by third party driver which driver should I uninstall?

Mouse cursor becomes tiny when clicking middle mouse button

Setup:

• High PPI monitor (4K resolution, 15 inches), scaling set to 250%
• Windows 10
• Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 mouse
• "Windows Black (large)" cursor scheme

Whenever I click the middle mouse button on my Intellimouse the mouse cursor suddenly becomes tiny. This problem can be temporarily resolved by opening Mouse Properties and changing the Cursor Scheme.

Is there a permanent solution to my problem?

Problems with mouse cursor lockup.

I used to burn though a mouse every year back when Played competitive quake 3 and it s mods

 

after 'creator's update' custom application cursors went tiny so apps are now unusable

After creator's update a lot of creative tools went haywire, so now I know, every time an update specifies groups like 'creator', every creative field will be bombed and destroyed. can't use wacom tablets normally again, have to find new hacks, new obstacle-features
will block the creative workflow.

Zbrush cursors went SO TINY, that the software is unusable on my Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop.

WPS writer and many other application cursors go tiny too (3-4 px height).

So I can't use the laptop just to browse on the web.

so thanks to the creator's update, now I only use my laptop to non-creative works.

It is not a fresh problem, a lot of forum asks for solutions, but nothing happens!!!
