Windows 10: Tips or suggestions towards diagnosis of Win11 freezing and windows recovery on attempted...

It has happened 5 times now, beginning about 2 weeks ago. I will be in the middle of something, typically minimizing a document to select a tab on my browser. It also happened while attempting to load a game, an another time on the desktop. When it freezes i have no control over anything, ctrl-alt-delete did nothing, nor any other key including alt-tab. I have to manually shu8t down with the power button, and upon startup it typically freezes a couple times on the motherboard loading screen before directing me to a page stating Windows couldn't boot properly, please select one of these options

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
