Windows 10: Title: RDP-Connection via SSLVPN gives "internal Error"

There is an RDP farm with 3 RDP terminal servers in our customer environment. When connected to the RDP server via our SSLVPN product, it gives the "internal error". The Problem gets up when one RDS server distributes the RDP connection to another RDS server because of load balancing. An RST packet from RDP client can be observed. What are the possible causes of "internal error"? Is there a corresponding log to check the cause of this error?

RDP Internal Error (Specific IPort)

I have a temporary RDP connection between my work computer and home computer, to access some tools for a project. It is set up for single source IP and a custom port. It was working fine until our company relocated to a new office, yesterday. On my home
computer, I updated my Windows firewall to point to the new work IP and also updated the port forwarding on my home router. However, attempts to connect result in "Internal error has occurred." It doesn't even attempt to initialize.

I can RDP to any other device on the internal network, without issue. If I change the port I'm trying to connect to at home to something random, I get the error I would expect to see in a case like this, "Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer
for the following reasons..." If I change it back to the correct port, I get the internal error again.

Other than the change of location (and IP), no other changes were made. I have attempted to follow some guides on this error, but they appear to be for people who get the internal error for any connection, as all of the proposed settings changes were already
where they needed to be.

Any advice?

i am trying to connect to the Clint from another PC.

the error i am having is "internal error has occurred"

ye i do make a change . i did system restore but it is still the same.

I am IT administrator of small company and encountered a problem.

One user can't connect to remote server. Gets error "an internal error occurred". This error recurs only from one computer, for others users everything is working (although some use the same OS image). Remote server is not me organization and I can‘t influence
his configuration.

Connect to remote server using VPN (OpenVPN). Logged in to vnp pings to remote server good.

User PC:

• HP EliteDesk 800 G3
  
• Windows 10 Pro. Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393
  
• Remote Desktop Protocol 10.2 supported

What I tried to do:

• Run sfc /scannow – no problem found.
  
• Remove the PC from the domain and re-joined.
  
• Chenge physical network adapter (Changed the ip and mac addresses).
  
• Unchecking the "Reconnect if connection dropped" in RDP.
  
• Change connection speed.
  
• Dropped MTU from 1500 to 1458.
  
• RUN „netsh winsock reset all.
  
• Remove all server ip adress values in regedit.
  
• Reinstall VPN client.

Maybe you have some ideas?

After upgrade windows (on clone computer) to version 1709 (Fall Creators Update), connect to rdp works fine!!!

But that did not solve my problem, because we're not using this update for now (company's internal policies). But found out that the problem is in windows.

+- 20pc in company (All pc HP EliteDesk 800 G3 ). Problem with one pc... User cannot have local administrator right in computer. I have no idea how windows crash.
