in Windows 10 Network and SharingWhy Windows 10 change communicate between TLS 1.0 and 1.2?: Server is only enabled TLS 1.2. Clients are Windows 10 that it enable TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. I saw in a log firewall that clients failed to access website when sent the request TLS 1.0 to server and succeeded by TLS 1.2. I don't understand why client doesn't send TLS 1.2... -
