Windows 10: To Buy a Laptop Without Pre-Installed Windows 10

I would like to know whether I could buy a Laptop without Windows 10 installed. As far as I know, laptops come with OEM pre-installed Windows and also that OEM license is tied to that particular motherboard only.

So, I thought that if I buy a retail license of Windows 10, I could use it on different machines one installed at a time instead of the OEM Windows 10 in the laptop. Is there any way to do this?

I purchased a laptop with windows 10 pre-installed and it has only two drives (e.g. C and D). I like to make it in 3 drives or partition. Please provide the steps for formatting without losing my original OS windows 10.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
