Windows 10: "To continue, enter an admin username and password",

Hi, i have a problem with my pc. basicaly when i try to open a file with administrator privilages this shows up:"To continue, enter an admin username and password", and it does not have YES button or anything to insert administator username and password this is my own personal pc and in the only hv my own account. Can you help me to solve this problem.

I am facing a problem when trying to run as an administrator on a computer that is managed by the school's. It says "To continue, enter an admin username and password". When I try to type my username and password, it won't grant access, and gives me the message "The requested operation requires elevation." How do I fix this?
