Windows 10: To convert System disk with 4 partitions from MBR to GPT

I've read the tutorial Convert Windows 10 from Legacy BIOS to UEFI without Data Loss and I've seen the condition "Although disks configured with MBR-style partition can have up to four primary partitions, for this process to work the disk you want to convert can't have more than three partitions, because one allocation is needed to create the new UEFI system partition." but I'm at a loss to know what to do to my disk0 to get it down to three partitions. What gets trashed and how? (I'm sure this has been handled here, so if the easiest answer is "See this thread," I'll see that thread.) Pro 21H1

I am having above highlighted error while converting MBR to GPT disk .
