Windows 10: To inquire if format is required because I am unable to activate third party Nero software

My name is Ashish Bhaskar Patwari. I reside in City Dombivli of Dist. Thane and Taluka Kalyan. I am the Constructor and Owner of my Own written blog, www.chaseinhumaneye.comI have purchased retail copy of Windows 10.0 software which is installed on my laptop. I have purchased Nero Burning ROM software dated Nov 8,21. I have been receiving the error saying that duplicate license exists while I tries to write to the disc. I have been facing this error since last few months.I was to send the data to the copyright office dated Mar 16,

I understand your concern and we will provide the assistance required to resolve the issue.

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

• Can you provide the error that you have receive about the double activation?
• Do you have installation media for Nero or was it pre installed?
• Can you provide a screen shot of the issue?

If you have a media installation device for Nero, I would suggest that you uninstall it and then re-install the software again and check.

How To Format A Write Protected Flash Memory ?

Run CMD


1. diskpart
2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

2. select disk #
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

DVD+RW Formatting software needed!

I've never had to format an RW before burning, Al. I just plop it in the drive, fresh out of the package, and tell Nero or Roxio to burn what I want to it. You really shouldn't have to put a format on them at all. The software should do it automatically at burn time, as different data requires different formats anyway.
