I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service and support I have received from Microsoft. How my concerns have been handled—or rather, ignored—leaves me feeling both disrespected and mistreated.I have been a long-time customer, maintaining a Microsoft account associated with the email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Since 2020, I have purchased numerous Microsoft products using both American and Canadian credit cards. My Microsoft Office subscription, active on a monthly plan, has been charged regularly without issue.However
