    Hi Team and all,I want to know if there is a way to change the administrator for the PC on Windows 10. I understand Windows made it hard to remove/change because users might accidentally remove it and got locked out of their own PC. I have multiple emails - The first email is the one which I used as my administrator on one PC of Windows 10. I wanted to change to another email to have all administrator rights as the first email while not losing any data/files etc I have on the PC over the years and then remove the first email completely.Thank you.

    Hi Daryl, welcome to the Ten Forums.

    It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.

    Tutorials:
    Notice that before doing this you need to remove the new additional MS account on the PC, the one you created with her credentials. Windows allows only one user account for each email address, if the new account exists you cannot switch the original administrator account to an MS account using the same email address.
