    To report an issue with KB5000802 in Windows 10 Pro 64Bit


    Hi support,


    When the above is installed, it causes the print photo function using standard Windows Photo Viewer to have streak lines or unprinted patches.

    So when I uninstalled the said update, and the print function works as per normal.

    However, the said update will be installed automatically during the next update cycle and the problem returns.

    Please advise what can I do to resolve my printing problems.

    @Caledon Ken,
    Ok, followed the steps in the directions you linked but I couldn't see how step 4 in red was done even after I maximized my screen to try to read the screen shot in red for step 4. It just isn't easy to read to see what is being done.
