Windows 10: To resume windows 10 in media creation tool missing/gone at the 88%

Hi, i am Andy this is my first post, please help..
I am downloading windows 10 pro iso in media creation tool, but i cannot explain suddenly the download progress bar is disappear?? can i resuming that, i see in c:/ in $windows ws folder source there's only a tmp file about 2 gb, yes it is reasonable because hadnt finished the download, after that, what must i do, and can you tell me the next step to install

Windows 10 updated cancelled after 90% download

There is no such file and media creation tool starting from 0.

Same thing happens to me; the only solution I know of is to start it over again. I have tried over 8 times each time getting to different stages. One place I saw restart with a clean boot & I did. I'm sure that can only help since there are minimal apps running on startup.
Anyone know any tricks to make the tool not disappear.
