Windows 10: To set up memory parameters?

If it be excused as from a user's point of view...Why an application when running hard can engage full the compressed/physical memory above 93%, when notions of mechanics are likely to imply that a string or some other norm of command can offer an adjustment of a boundary at e.g. 93% and enabling afterwards the system to supply from up that point exclusively from the committed memory that is, RAM from the hard rive? Would not that forbid an app from freezing Windows as in a much less probable statistic? Granted there is a huge amount of committed memory available?But I am likely to beli

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
