Windows 10: To skip disk checking happens after bsod win11

My mom had this issue. So, she had to hard shutdown after a bsod cause: type wininit into powershell as admin then the disk check notice came up. So, i pressed a key. A little bit later it said it was fixing the disk. It was on windows 11 so it could happen at any time. Its running 22h2 but on 22h1 it would be super slow and would always come up with updates are underway every restart. Im also sure if you open 2000 chrome tabs it'll crash

Ok i did as viper suggested, but it stops checking at stage 3. It is still saying the drive is dirty, and still needs to be checked. I did a defrag and a disk cleanup, and suggestions?

Thanks ... very useful. Here is what I got ...

• Sure, my current boot method isn't right - using CSM
• Disk partition is off - fine ... just looking to install Win 11 to a brand new SSD and build my PC install around it
  might due boot between win10 and win11 for a while
• secure boot - I guess I can turn that on

Any suggestions? All I want to do is install Win11 on a new SSD and then think about which PC to put it in. Does it really matter if the installing PC isn't up to snuff / specs?
