Windows 10: "to skip disk checking press any key" pops up on every boot up

I installed a new SSD 860 QVO 2TB, and cloned my old SSD 250 GB with windows on it to my new one, and have them both installed. I then formatted the old one, and boot from the new one no problem. While using my computer, there seems to be no issues. To fix the disk checking on every boot up, I followed other topics here and did the:


right click on drive>properties>tools>check>repair/restart


I completed these steps twice. I still get the message on boot up, and Windows still wants me to repair it when I scan the drive. So the repair tool isn't doing anything for me. Is it something that can cause issues? Is there some way to fix this issue and get the scan message on start up to cease? Again, I have noticed no faults while using my computer, with exception to this.

It took about 2 hours and it didnt find any problems.

It no longer shows

"To skip disk checking, press any key in # seconds"

on startup anymore.

So, the Disk Checking has stopped . . .

If your PC is taking longer to boot, that may be caused by a Windows 10 update, as indeed the disk checking may have been also caused by . . .

Click the Power Button on your Start Menu

Press the Shift Key and click Restart

Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

 

Windows will not update, and on startup it says Press any key in 10 seconds to skip disk checking.

My Boot MBR recently got corrupted and I followed this tutorial on how to fix it:



It worked great and my Windows 10 PC could now boot into Windows, but when I try to update and I restart my pc:

It says Working On Updates and then after it gets to 100%, it says "We Couldn't Complete The Updates. Undoing Changes"

Another thing is whenever I boot my pc it runs the disk checker:

"Press any key in 10 seconds to skip disk checking"

Even if I don't press any key it disk checks and next time I boot it the same thing happens.

Specs:

Ryzen 3 3200G

XFX RX 580 8GB

16GB DDR4 Vengeance RAM

500GB SSD (Windows installed)

500GB HDD
