Windows 10: To stop window update in window 10

I installed window10 in my pc . when i use wifi data then suddenly window use data for update automatic . For this i also set metered connection in wifi setting then i visited to task manager where i saw that services-local19 using my network data upto 3 to 5 mb data. which creates problem using data in other application so i do not get usal speed

That doesn't stop windows update from grabbing them on next run, at least it didn't back in the RTM days. It simply stops a secondary process from installing them immediately.

• Right click "My Computer"
• Click "Properties"
• Click on "Hardware" tab
• Click "Device Installation Settings"
• Tick the "No, let me choose what to do"
• Tick "Never install driver software from Windows Update"
