    You just locked one topic that still active and not answered!!! (about Language Bar pop-up after updating to 1903.),

    Why are you doing so!!!!!!


    Especially if you are closing one thread - live at least the other,

    its is STILL a problem and STILL there is no solution for this!!!!


    As you closed one and removed the other seems that you are working on microsoft to prevent us

    to get this stuff solved!!!!!

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
