Windows 10: ToaTronics bluetooth headset

I'm not able to hear sounds through my TaoTronics Bluetooth headset. It worked fine until this morning. I tried all the troubleshooting options to no avail. Perhaps there's a setting that's changed w/o my knowledge. I'm running on Windows 10. Can anyone help me? I went through the full diagnostic procedures for my headset and no problem was detected. I feel pretty sure the it's a computer setting and not in the headset.

I am currently in the market for a set a bluetooth headset. I noticed this and was rather interested, I love the design, and I love the price, is their anyone out there, who can provide info on these or another set of headphones, or bluetooth headsets in general. Thanks in advance.
