    The comment on todays Windows 10 Desktop picture background about the mountains near Lake Del Toro, Chile says something like … "the mountains are majestic and "surreal". Its a real-enough looking (i.e. not overly re-touched) picture of some real mountains, there is nothing "surreal" about it.

    windows 10 bought in chile

    Hello. I bought a laptop in Chile and it only can show Spanish as a language for windows. I have gone through the steps to try and change it but it says that English isn't supported on this laptop. If I upgrade to windows pro will I be able to change
    it? I have seen others from china having the same problem but without any success after upgrading... Any suggestions?

    CTRL ALT DEL Black Screen

    Hi Dan,

    • Have you installed all pending updates?
    • Are you able to log into Desktop?
    • Is the issue specific to Ctrl + Alt + Del screen?

    Black screen error can occur if the computer is not up to date with all Drivers and Windows updates. Install all pending updates and check if that helps.
