Windows 10: ToDo and sync problem thru VPN\Proxy PC+Android

So when i enable VPN\Proxyusually proxy...whatever where - one 1 device or both It cannot sync for example i delete to-do 1 plan on PC and nothing changes on Android phone, even i press refresh on widgets or inside app, so it works both way...and i repeat 1 or 2 device Proxy\Vpn activated...its nommater it dont sync....it can be sync randomly after 1 day or so, or may be i just for a time close vpn or both devices but when i without Proxy\Vpn on both devices - works perfectly!So can anybody help me resolve this problem?

I am not an expert about Vpn and that's why I would like to know if someone could list me a few trusted Vpns, I would really appreciate any suggestion/ advice.

ToDo list for desktop and Android

I use ToDo list on my desktop and want to add it to my Android. Desktop logs in with Microsoft 4-digit code that came with computer. Android required password so I set up password. No tasks show up on Android. What do I need to do? Windows 11. Thanks.

Thanks for your help. I tried some of these suggested solutions yesterday on my PC and it did not have any effect. I found that ToDo on my tablet and phone react the same when I log in. My Windows PC stays logged in but will not sync.

Also If I try to log into ToDo on the internet it loads and it says "getting list ready" and also says "Synchronization in progress" then it fails to sync. If I log into ToDo on the internet (same device) with my wife's account it works fine. If I log into ToDo with my wife's tablet I have the same problem, but she can log into her ToDo account on her tablet and it works fine. If She logs into her ToDo account on my PC it works fine.

It seems that the problem might be with Microsoft? I do have a lot of information/lists on ToDo and I thought mabey I reached a limit of some kind?
