Windows 10: tonor micro

Discus and support tonor micro in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a tonor microphone and connected it to my Windows 11 enterprise PC, and it worked fine.Then I disconnected the device, and it didn't work...     I bought a tonor microphone and connected it to my Windows 11 enterprise PC, and it worked fine.Then I disconnected the device, and it didn't work anymore when I reconnected it. I tried to reboot, I deleted the driver I found it in the device manager, I reconnected it again. The driver doesn't install, I don't know how to solve it.
