Windows 10: Too many wrong pins Win10

I have read all of the answers there are, I know I have to either go to Settings and disable the pin option, which is impossible since I cant log in because of this, or I have to click on Login Options which is also impossible, because there's no such optionplease advise me

Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

Suggestions?.

 

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

 

What is the PIN that Win10 asks for

I'm using OneNote 2010 on a Win10 platform.

My Microsoft Account is set up for two-part authentication.

I am logged into Win10 as a Local User.

When I launch OneNote 2010 I am prompted for my password to sync the notebooks (this is normal).

Normally under Win7 I enter my MS Account User Name and the two-step verification code and it syncs.

On Win10, I receive a message: "Please enter your PIN to sign in" No matter what I enter in the password box - my MS account password, two-step verification code or the code from the Authenticator App, it always fails to log in and sync giving me message
to enter my PIN.

What is the PIN that Win10 is looking for to complete the login?
