    Tool Bar position flexability.

Repositioning the tool bar is so very important to me - and many others as I'm seeing - how can we get MS to speed up the availablility of this option. Why would it have been removed in the first place? Why is it that "improvements" always turn out to be a disappointment? Having the tool bar at the bottom interfers with visability of the programs we have to use. PLEASE BRING IT BACK ASAP - ACTUALLY SOONER THAN THAT! PLEASE!

    :)

  2. Mail screen tool bar

    Hi Anthony,

This issue might have been caused by misconfigured browser settings. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to ask the following questions:

    • Which browser are you using?
    • Which tool bar are you trying to access?
    • Have you tried accessing other websites?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you use Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer to access the website. Check if the issue persists.

We will wait for your response.

  3. Explorer Navigation Bar Position

Actually I'm referring to the "Favorites" listing positioned on the right side of the screen. Between it and the rest of the screen is positioned a vertical "bar" containing five choices (Favorites, Reading List, Books, History, Downloads). This "bar"
was horizontal on previous revisions of the Windows (10) browser.

All of my previous remarks pertain to this. I'm familiar with the Task Bar normally located at the bottom of the screen.

    Thank you.

Narrator Opens On Top Of Tool Bar in 10240

When I start Windows 10, the Narrator Box opens on top of the windows icon and the "Search Window" words at the bottom left side of the screen. If I open the Narrator Box and then put it back down, it always goes to it's proper position "within" the tool bar and from then on all is well.

Is there a way to not need to do this step at startup? I would think the Narrator icon should simply open within the tool bar, to the right of the "Search Window" space. You can see it is in both locations at startup!

Attached picture shows exactly how it looks at startup. Incidentally, this only happens when your have "Auto Hide" tool bar checked in the Tool Bar Properties Box. If tool bar is not hidden, this white Narrator box never shows up.
