Windows 10: Top bar of explorer is white and unreadable in dark mode

I'm running 22H2 Build 22621.2428.I noticed a few days ago, when I open a file explorer, the top part of the window is white and unreadable in dark mode. I don't know exactly why it happened, but only noticed it a few days ago when I opened a file explorer.When in light mode, it seems to be fine. If I go to Personalization and change the accent color, it becomes readable for the opened explorers, but if I open another one, it's the same as before.Any ideas what is causing it or how to fix it? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks

Unreadable font ... White on White Background and Text

Good Evening!

I just updated to Windows 10 Version 1903. Everything works great and no problems, except for this. I have had dark mode enabled for a while now and love it. However, after the update, the save file dialogue box that pops up when I need to save something
and the "safely remove hardware and eject media" dialogue box in my system tray have now changed to a white font, which makes them almost unreadable. For some reason these two dialogue boxes have a white on white background and font. The regular windows
explorer has a dark background with a white font which is perfect. Any suggestions how to fix this? I have scoured through every setting I can think of and am at a loss. I don't want to change my dark mode just for that.

Title bars of applications still white even with dark mode

I don't know why nobody is talking about it, but the title bars (of everything except the explorer) remain white even with dark mode on. It looks ugly. I don't want to use black accents.
