Hello, I have a problem with screen of my main monitor.

Sometimes but many times after I maximize MS Word application the top of the screen goes black as the picture shows and its over all other

applications, even when I close the word app.

It covers all the controls of other applications. It does not appear, if the app is not in full screen mode, even if it is located in the same area. Closing the application does not help. I have to sign out in order to repair it. It is very annoying. Is there a way to solve this forever? Or at least is there a process that I can kill to solve it?

It happens on more than one PC and when I have the second monitor on my left.

My colleague did not experience the same issue, but the only difference is that he has the second monitor on his right. I doubt that is the problem, but do not know what else could.

    Any help is appreciated.
