Windows 10: Top Right Corner Cursor not working

The mouse cursor isn't responding to any application in 5x4cm square on the top right corner of my windows.

Hi,

I have a truly annoying problem that I need help with!

it makes my computer totally unusable!!

Problem:

The mouse cursor moves to the top right corner and "clicks" and tries to close my apps!

Here is what I have tried:

• Reinstall Windows
• Disable trackpad
• Disable mouse (via receiver)
• Remove drivers and reboot and reinstall
• I have seen and tried the thread below

What I have:

• Porsche Book One
• Win 10 Pro
• Version: 1709
• OS Build: 16299.192

Cursor Randomely Jumps to Top Right Corner and Clicks

I've recently had this really annoying problem where my cursor randomly moves to the top right corner of the screen (where the X on most programs are) and clicks, exiting whatever I'm in. This happens when I'm not touching my mouse, when I'm not touching
my touchpad, and even when I'm not even near my laptop. The cursor jumps to the top right corner and clicks. I'm pretty sure that this is not a mouse or touchpad problem. How do I fix this issue?

 

Mouse Cursor always jumping to right top corner

The captioned topic is very annoying to me, I am using Surface Pro 3 and the cursor is always jumped to right top corner.

May I know how can I fix it?
