Windows 10: Toredo and xbox networking problems

I am trying to play FH4 on windows 10. I own the game through microsoft, but am unable to play any sort of online or multiplayer. The game always gets stuck at "searching for horizon life session" and eventually errors out. The xbox app and windows settings menu say that Toredo is unable to qualify, and Server connectivity is blocked. It also says I am connected to the internet and xbox live services are up and running. The toredo adapter is not showing up in device manager, nor in the add legacy hardware menu. I have been trying to solve this problem so I can actually play the game I p

my pc has windows 10 but does not have the toredo tunneling adapter in order for me to use xbox live party chat. I have went into the adapter search and tried to install the adapter but it does not appear under the Microsoft tab. not sure how to resolve
the issue thanks.

Please check if your system is on its latest windows update. Windows version that are not supported will have issues with Xbox connectivity.

Check for any updates to the Xbox app itself.

problem with Xbox app Win10

• Hello, i have a problem with Xbox App on Windows 10 Home Edition. The XBOX application isn't loading. Firstly it showed the error 0x409 0x80131509, then I reset the application settings . I followed the instruction steps. Looks like that didn't help. When
  I launch the XBOX application or a game that requires connection to the XBOX services, I have an infinite loading logo. In the properties of the XBOX network, i have NAT error, that couldn't resolve by built-in helper.
