Windows 10: Toredo is unable to qualify.

I was trying to connect to an Xbox party on my PC. It wouldn't connect so i checked the settings. It said toredo is unable to qualify. I had this problem before. I ran netsh int teredo show state and it returned with this





Teredo Parameters --------------------------------------------- Type : client Server Name : win1901.ipv6.microsoft.com. Client Refresh Interval : 30 seconds Client Port : 3544 State : offline Error : client is in a managed network

Im not in a managed network im in my home network. Thanks in advance!

Teredo is unable to qualify

I understand that you are facing issues while playing games as Teredo is unable to qualify. For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.

1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?
   
2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?

Teredo is unable to qualify and see if that helps.



Note: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can
restore the registry if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key, refer to

this link.



In addition, as you have mentioned that Norton is blocking a port which is being used by Teredo adapter, I would suggest you to try disabling the antivirus and check if the status changes.



Note: If you disable the security software or firewall, the system might be temporarily exposed to security threats and risks. Please make sure to turn it on after performing the steps.



You can also create an exception in Norton for the ports, refer the article

Teredo is unable to qualify.

The issue I'm having is my xbox app says teredo is unable to qualify and none of the steps in this link worked. Xbox Support

Besides that I am not sure where this problem could be coming from.

 

My NAT type says "Teredo is unable to qualify"

address translation (NAT). To resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

If you have already done those steps as you mentioned in your description, you may proceed to open the network ports and setting a static Teredo port by following the steps on this

link.
