Windows 10: torrent client and downloading

Discus and support torrent client and downloading in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; i have tried to install 3 different torrent clients and none of them will download any torrents once i add the torrent there is no longer any contact...     i have tried to install 3 different torrent clients and none of them will download any torrents once i add the torrent there is no longer any contact with the internet but it does not start to download and thats all that happens, also when i try to install vuze torrent the installation cannot contact the source in order to start putting the azerius files or any other files that it neeeds to download to install the vuze, it simply takes a long time to respond and tell me that it is not installed, so none of the torrent clients work to download, but i mcan install any other of them exept vuze be
