    Toshiba 2TB Canvio External HD


    I purchased a Toshiba 2 TB Canvio basics external HD. I am running Windows 11 Pro, and it recognizes the HD and size of the drive. I have attempted to transfer 64 GB of videos and I get a windows message alerting me that I do not have enough storage and require an additional 17 GB of space. I have reformatted the drive, in NTSF format. Still encounter the same issue. I downloaded the Toshiba Storage Diagnostic Tool and it came back successful, no errors. Any suggestions/help?
