Windows 10: Toshiba laptop keyboard goes crazy, and inputs random string of characters. Cannot even put...

Hi all,Today, all of a sudden my Toshiba satellite laptop went crazy. I did not change anything in it, did not install anything. What happens is that certain buttons no longer work correctly,For instance, when I press 1 it types 92. Always.When I press 4 repeatedly, it inputs slightly different but similar strings of random characters: 622+$ 62+$ 652+4 62+4 62+4 662+$ etc. - also, it turns off the WiFi and decreases screen luminosity.When I press R, it types also randomly similar strings of characters: 0«78y5 «78y55k - also, it turns off the WiFi and decreases

If the keyboard inputs a random characters when pressing a key, it could be cause by a defective hardware, or that the driver of your keyboard may have been damaged or outdated. For us to properly assist you in using your keyboard, kindly respond to the
questions below:

• Did the issue occur recently? If yes, what changes were made before it started?
• Does the issue persist when you use a USB keyboard?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? This is for us to know and avoid any duplication of efforts on your end.

Strings and Linked lists in C++

You don't have to check every character yourself until it is a space, try using stringstream from C++'s standard library:

#include <sstream>

Create the stringstream object, initialise it with the input string, and then do a while loop as long as the stream has character (stringstream.good()) and perform a getline using ' ' (space) as delimiter, then add the string obtained from getline() to your linked list.

I can give you a sample completed code if you need it.

(Just to make it easier for you, getline() takes in input stream, string parameter to output line to, and optionally delimiter)

Keyboard & Mouse: Acer Desktop

Ever since I would say, the past upgrade for Windows 10, my mom's Acer desktop's keyboard has been really laggy. For example, when I go to wake it from sleep to unlock it, the keyboard's Number lock and Caps lock keys do not want to light up. It seems as if the keyboard doesn't want to respond in a timely manner along with the computer. The same goes for the wireless Logitech mouse.
