Windows 10: Toshiba Satellite c55 battery charging in Windows 10

Hello,I have a Toshiba Satellite c55 laptop running Win 10 Home, with 12gb of ram and a 500gb ssd.. Everything is fine except for my battery charging time.. in the last month or so, even though charge time itself, nor charge % have been affected, when the battery is charging it just says "1Minute left to full charge". Everything charges normally, battery isn't overheating, and to top it off, I bought a new battery just in case, but still the same thing.Bios for that laptop is current, as well as the latest Windows 10 updates.I have also done a clean install of Win10 Home as well, just to be su

Unfortunately the Satellite S50B laptop doesn't have a CMOS battery. It uses the main battery to hold the RTC.

Remove the main battery after you shut it down and reinstall on next day. Is the battery still charged the same level it was before shutting down?

 

Intermittent Bluetooth Toshiba Satellite C55-B5201


I have a Toshiba Satellite C55-B5201 laptop with Windows 10 and sometimes my bluetooth just quits. After a minute or two it starts again. The only thing that I use bluetooth for is my mouse. When it quits I use the touchpad to go to bluetooth properties and it says there is not a driver installed for ANYTHING bluetooth. Then the drivers mysteriously reappear. I have tried updating all drivers and Windows tells me that I have the current ones.

You have to find out if the battery is loosing charge by it's own or if it's the computer that is discharging the battery.
- fully charge existing battery and remove it. Next day install it back and see whether its still fully charged.
