Windows 10: Toshiba Satellite C660 Keyboard Not Working Until Loads Windows

Hello,I have recently loaded system defaults in the BIOS and saved changes. I cannot get into the BIOS at all and select which OS I want to run. I have Windows 11 24H2 and Windows 7 SP1. It automatically loads into Windows 11 without pressing Enter as that's what I have set it as the default OS to boot from. If I want to boot to Windows 7, I have to log into Windows 11, go to MSConfig, and select Windows 7 as the default boot option. The keyboard doesn't work at all before Windows loads so I can't go into the BIOS to revert the changes. I also have Fast Boot selected which disables the Toshiba

Bluetooht drivers are missing my toshiba satellite c660

my toshiba satellite c660 has been upgraded to windows 10 after the upgrade the some features are not working properly. Bluetooth and wireless driers are missing. how to fix it?

I have windows 7 premium on a Toshiba satellite C660. Toshiba issued a list of eligible PCs which can download Windows 10 excluding satellite C660 model number PSC1GE-004002 AR saying that such device
can't get a free Windows 10 > Is that true and why as long as a genuin Windows 7 home premium is installed on it by Toshiba when purchased ? ?
