Windows 10: Toshiba Satellite C665 Ram Error

So, I bought a new DDR3 Ram Which runs at 1600 mhz but I want to underclock it to 1066 mhz So it wont bsod bootloop, I cant go to safe mode or anything. And I dont see anything in the InsydeH20 Ver 3.5 Bios, So is there anyway I can fix this?

Toshiba Satellite Ram Upgrade

Toshiba Satellite P750-113 (PSAY3A-02T001) Specifications Notebook: Toshiba Satellite P750-113 Processor: Intel Core i5 2410M Graphics Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M i did it once before but have forgotten how to now, how do i assess how much RAM my CPU can handle, i have found differing figures. the manual and Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades for Satellite P750-113 state 8GB maximum but have found a site that declares it is good for 16GB RAM RAM Upgrades | Satellite P750 P-Series - max up to 16GB max up to 16GB and here Intel Core i5-2410M - review. CPU Benchmark & Specs | Hitesti pros and cons for 1x16GB or 2x8GB im thinking power draw as in 1=1.5V or 2x1.5V=3V i would like to go as big as i can obviously but dont want to get stuck with a RAM i cant use.

No, it isn't. That's because Toshiba's PC business was spun off as Dynabook and is listed on Crucial as 'Dynabook-Toshiba' now.

Toshiba satellite C665 which was was Widow 7 but was operating & running window 10

Hi I'm doing a clean installation of Windows 10 on a Toshiba satellite C665 64 bit which was was org Widow 7 but was operating & running window 10 before a melt down! so I tried to reinstall windows 10 with a new key and was getting error code 0xE0000100 went to intel and got the drivers file f6flpy-x64 download and installed \during the install I download and installed the file and now I'm getting the eroor code 0X0! I get to the high 90% before I get the error and it needs a re-start.... any ideas!

Just to make it clear I have no access to any window tool on the system fresh clean install!
